Smile Meditation – Cleaning

We meditate until we are freed from feelings of guilt, dishonor, disgrace and inferiority, which thoughtlessly suppress our consciousness.

Meditate with smile until the feelings of shame and humiliation completely leave us.

If they still remain, we carry out meditation to remove present consciousness and we try to enter into the state of freedom from all thoughts.
